5* - lovely place to stay.

This has to be the best room I've ever stayed in! The apartment is beautifully decorated and contains everything you could possible need, even down to a large jug of cold water in the fridge when you arrive! There is also an extensive room service menu, which was a blessing since I arrived late at night. The plunge pool was lovely, especially during the 45°C heatwave that was happening whilst I stayed. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was clean and powerful. I couldnt recommend this place highly enough!

Perhaps the steps up to the plunge pool and the ledge area on the outside of the pool could use a bit of a scrub, although the pool itself seemed perfectly clean.

Walking paths in Sevile can be hard on your feet so have very good walking shoes.

Beautiful apartment and excellent value.

Great design, very well thought out so everything you could ever need for a great holiday. The plunge pool was fantastic in the hot weather. Lovely and quiet but in a central location.

The bed was very hard.

Excellent appartment- would highly reccomend

Very well thought out appartment - making the most of the space available. Lovely pool area.

Nothing to dislike. It was not clear which rooms have a plunge pool or not, but the proximity of the pool area meant that this did not affect our stay in any way

Great find would stay again

This was a really quaint well renovated apartment, it was exceptionally clean and had all we needed. small for three but very comfortable. I would highly recommend this place hidden away from the hustle and bustle in a quiet street. close enough to walk to train station and old town.

The pool area is lovely but noisy if you have a pool view room.

Incredible location and apartment. Automatic check in machine made easy and can drop off bags before check in. The photos provided are a very accurate representation of what you get and it made our time in Seville really special.

Being very picky here but perhaps some written recommendations for the city such at the best taxi companies would be a nice bonus to the stay but not really necessary. Some coffee and teas in the apartment would be ideal

Great location lovely veranda with plunge pool. Comfy bed very clean

No basic provisions apart from washing up liquid & no tea towel. There was a blue flashing light from a box on the bedroom ceiling which kept us awake. Managed to cover it up with a towel. Needs fixing

Luxurious

Lovely new looking apartment, great roof terrace and privat pool. Enjoyed sitting in the pool with a glass of wine (safe plastic wine glass provided), after a hot day sightseeing. Comfy bed and nice bathroom with good shower.

There was an Italian espresso machine, which is much more sustainable than the usual capsule machine. But no coffee! No sugar, tea bags or anything else you would normally expect in a kitchen either. Easy to fix.

The apartment itself was lovely and comfortable and in a good location.

There was a very small amount on toilet for three people. When you got away for a weekend it’s nice to have to worry about these things, but on our second day we had to pick up more.

Perfect apartment for a couple of days in Seville

Wello in Seville was just what we expected . Perfect location, beautiful exterior and interior, it was quiet and clean, the lobby was very safe and nicely decorated, we had everything we needed for a short stay, the private pool was nice and cool (as the temperature was 34 degrees during our stay, so after walking around the city a cool dip is essential) The communal pool was lovely too. They have luggage storage there so when we arrived early we didn’t have to carry it around the local restaurants.

We had a lovely stay and would definitely come back, the only thing I will say is that the 2 doors in the property (the main wooden outside door and then inside the lobby, there is a metal railing door) because the doors are so large, as the cleaners are going through them at 7:30am, even the heaviest of sleepers were wide awake as the whole corridor echoed, they must of let them slam closed 20 times?! A door wedge or hook is all they need when unloading their equipment and this property wouldn’t have been a 10 out of 10.

Great, comfortable and central apartments!

Fantastic property, recently renovated to a high standard. Good sized apartments with all usual amenities and comfortable beds. Elevator in the property makes things easier. Central but quiet location, 10-15 minutes walking to all major sights. Check in process is straightforward and the automatic check in facilities upon your entry to the property work like a charm. Nice pool area with a Roman Era wall that adds to the scenery. Boiling hot water when needed with great pressure too. Good wifi. Price in par with quality of stay

No smart TV. 180 euros charged as an insurance against damages still not refunded yet a week after check out. The management should really reconsider this, 1-3 days after check out should be more than enough. Door leading to the pool area not working properly during our stay. A sticker on the door was notifying that you had to push hard to open it because it was malfunctioning. Every time we tried to get to the pool it took us 5 frustrating minutes of pushing and inputting codes and scanning cards for it to open eventually. This until the door was eventually completely broken and the management instead of fixing it decided to put another sticker on the door restricting access to the pool area, effectively removing the main selling point of the apartment which is the pool area of course. Plus, by the pool there are coffee making facilities (50 cents a pod) so we were left without coffee too Pool area only open up to 20:00. Could easily be open up to 22:00 since not only is a great, open air area to escape the heat but also smoke if you are a smoker (ashtrays are provided there). More toilet paper could have been provided All in all this a brand new property and I believe that these minor things will be eventually taken into consideration and resolved
